Step into the sanctuary of The Yoga Garden for a deeply restorative Sound Bath Meditation led by beloved community Vibrational Sound Master, Reiki Master Teacher, and Shamanic Practitioner/Educator, Lisa Harthun. This 75‑minute gathering invites individuals, couples, and small groups into a sacred space to journey inward—guided by breath, vibration, and heartfelt intention.
The session unfolds within a rich tapestry of resonant tones—most notably the soothing frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls and Tibetan & Himalayan bowls—whose harmonic layers gently guide the mind and body into deep rest. Lisa’s heart‑centered Healing Flow method blends gentle breathwork, guided imagery meditation, Reiki, and Shamanic energy clearing, supported by her live vocal tones and melodic voice transmission to uplift and harmonize the energetic field. The soundscape expands with gong, bells, tingsha, shamanic drum, and other melodic instruments, creating a multidimensional experience designed to support expanded states of consciousness, emotional release, and inner balance. No prior experience is needed. You’ll be lovingly guided through this relaxing and rejuvenating journey—a beautiful opportunity to release, recharge, and reconnect with your inner light.

Important Notes
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to ease into the space.
• Session begins promptly at 2:00pm.
• No late arrivals permitted once meditation begins to preserve the experience for all participants. • Advance tickets available through The Yoga Garden (see attached link)
• Walk Ins are always welcome as space allows. However, it is a good idea to contact the studio first.

Let’s play! Join us on Saturday, March 7th at 12:30pm and spend 75 minutes learning the basics for inversions and arm balances. Students will gain experience and knowledge so they can begin to incorporate inversions and arm balances into their practice. Learning about bandhas, breath, and muscle engagement will help students build a foundations and confidence to begin turning themselves upside down and holding themselves up in arm balances.

Join Martin and Raina for an evening of Partner Yoga for Couples. This 90 minute workshop offers you an opportunity to spend quality time together moving and breathing in a quiet space. No words needed, no conversation...just physically reconnecting.
The workshop will consist of some simple yoga warm-ups and then move into deep partner stretches and massage.
All levels of experience welcome.

You will be challenged mentally, emotionally, and physically. In turn, you'll not only acquire the tools to share the gift of yoga with others, but will experience you're own amazing transformation. The process of learning how to serve others in this way while being fully immersed in the study of Yoga, it changes us...
We offer a unique program that is super practical and provides the skills you need to teach yoga to others. By implementing specific techniques for creating a flow sequence, trainees graduate understanding how to build an intelligent flow and deliver it to an in-person and online classroom.
