The process of learning how to serve others in this way while being fully immersed in the study of Yoga, it changes us...
We offer a unique program that is super practical and provides the skills you need to teach yoga to others. By implementing specific techniques for creating a flow sequence, trainees graduate understanding how to build an intelligent flow and deliver it to an in-person and online classroom.

Tribal Groove is a fun, energetic, blend of yoga flow, primal dance, isometric, isotonic and plyometric exercises. Follow along with your teacher, let go and flow for a total body workout. Join us as we welcome Vibrational Sound Therapist, Energy Master, Shamanic Medicine Women, Lisa Harthun back to the Yoga Garden for a very special Drum Circle-Shamanic Journey Meditation Experience. This is a safe, supportive community to heal and grow with. No experience needed. No instrument is required to participate. All are welcome!
What to Bring:
• Blanket, and small pillow for comfort
• Eye covering (optional)
• Journal and Pen
• Water (covered containers only)
• No Instrument is necessary. However, you are welcome to bring one. Suggestions; drums such as frame drums or djembe, rattles, maracas, tambourines, wood flutes, and didgeridoos, or make-shift rattle (vitamin bottle, or tic-tac container)
Event Details: Join us for this special Shamanic Drumming and Meditation Experience. Expanding our heart center, we will gather in community to root ourselves in the energies of Mother Earth, as we tap into the heartbeat of our ancestral medicine, deepening our healing and spiritual connection through rhythm, vibration, voice, and gentle movement, and experience a deeply restorative and healing shamanic mediation. It is such a wonderful experience blending different forms of expression, sounds, and instruments together as one; drums such as frame drums or djembe, rattles, maracas, tambourines, wood flutes, and didgeridoos. You do not have to bring a drum to participate. Bring what you have or get creative and make your own. It is especially healing to use our own bodies to drum as the rhythm and vibration are felt deeply within. All are welcome. We honor all walks of life in this safe inclusive community healing journey. Perfect for individuals, groups, and families. Come out and share in the fun! We look forward to sharing this session with all who are guided to attend. No prior shamanic meditation or drumming experience necessary, as you will be gently guided through this healing and restorative practice to enable you to connect with your guides.

Event Details: Join us for a special restorative evening Gong Immersion, led by Lisa Harthun of Healing Balance Holistic Wellness Therapy. This session is an invitation to heal and to fill your heart center with loving kindness as we gather in gratitude to allow ourselves the space in which to release unwanted energies, and to still the body and mind inviting peace and healing. The deep tone resonance used is a unique and immersive experience enabling expanded states of consciousness through sound and vibration supported by the use of various gongs, along with a layer of spoken Sanskrit Mantras, energy, and intention. Session also includes gentle breathwork, and guided meditation. You do not need to be experienced in meditation, and as a participant, you will be guided through this deeply relaxing, supportive, and balancing journey. A perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and give yourself some much needed self-care. All are welcome; Individuals, Couples, and small groups. This is not a yoga practice. However, you will want to dress in loose comfortable clothing.
