You will be challenged mentally, emotionally, and physically. In turn, you'll not only acquire the tools to share the gift of yoga with others, but will experience you're own amazing transformation. The process of learning how to serve others in this way while being fully immersed in the study of Yoga, it changes us...
We offer a unique program that is super practical and provides the skills you need to teach yoga to others. By implementing specific techniques for creating a flow sequence, trainees graduate understanding how to build an intelligent flow and deliver it to an in-person and online classroom.

Stevie G Kundalini Experience: The Science of the Breath Sunday, December 11th from 5:45pm - 7:45pm.
The breath is where everything begins. The connection to the breath is the
backbone of any yoga practice. Respiration is one of the basic physiological
functions that is under both our conscious and unconscious control. The ability to
control our breath differentiates us from all other living organisms, and the rhythm ,
the quality, the retention and the awareness of our breath is intricately tied to our
capacity to manage and even alter the processes of the mind.
Pranayama is the science of the breath. If we control the breath we control the flow
of Prana....our vital energy! Breathing techniques can cleanse, calm, strengthen and
tone the nervous system and cultivate greater control of our emotions. Without a
knowledge of the Science of Pranayama.....there is no Yoga, no connection between
body and mind! In this workshop we will dig deep into ancient practices of Pranayama from the Kundalini traditions and explore the vast possibilities of transformation.
We will practice:
Cellular Oxidation, Kapalabhati (Breath of Fire), Alternate Nostril Breathing, Lung Cleansing Exercises, Bhramari Breath (bee humming), Working with Ratios, Krama (Segmented breath), Breath Retention (Khumbhaka), Mantra as Breath, Plavini....the Floating Breath. This workshop will end with a 10 minute live gong meditation.
This is not an asana class....be prepared to experience Meditation, Mantras,
Mudras, Kriyas and enhanced states of being.
Bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion or back support, notebook, open mind.
Stevie G is an experienced yoga and meditation instructor who has been
practicing many paths of yogic technologies since the mid-1970’s. He
specializes in meditation workshops based upon the principal of ‘learning
through personal experience”.

Sound Bath Immersion with Lisa Harthun on October 16, 2022 and January 22, 2023 from 5:45pm - 7:00pm.
Join us for a special restorative evening Sound Bath Immersion, and Guided Gratitude Meditation led by Vibrational Sound Therapist, Energy Master, Shamanic Medicine Women, Lisa Harthun. This session is an invitation to heal and to fill your heart center with loving kindness as we gather in gratitude to allow ourselves the space in which to release unwanted energies, and to still the body and mind inviting peace and healing. The tone resonance used is a unique and immersive experience enabling expanded states of consciousness through sound and vibration supported by the use of gong, specially tuned quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan and Himalayan singing bowls, bell, tingsha, and shamanic drumming, along with a layer of spoken Sanskrit Mantras. You do not need to be experienced in meditation, and as a participant, you will be guided through this deeply relaxing, supportive, and balancing journey. A perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and give yourself some much needed self-care.
All are welcome; Individuals, Couples, and small groups. This is not a yoga practice. However, you will want to dress in loose comfortable clothing.
