PREPARING FOR ONLINE CLASS
Take your practice anywhere!
Below are a few tips to help you prepare for your online practice.
Create a safe and quiet space where you will have limited distractions to practice yoga. Make sure you are well hydrated and refrain from eating any heavy meals at least 2-3 hours before class begins.
You will want to set up a bottle of water, towel, and any other equipment beside your mat before class begins so you won’t have to interrupt your own practice.Additionally, set your phone aside and take your watch off.
Beware, the moment you lay down your mat, kids and animal companions will most likely decide that they want to engage. Don’t let them derail your practice and instead, we encourage you to invite them in.
Finally, for those of you who want a little extra heat, we recommend getting 1-2 space heaters and placing them in the room, or on a hot summer day taking your practice outside.
Please be aware of the expiration dates of each of the class packages when you make the purchase. There will be no refunds, transfers, or exchanges for unused classes. Please read conditions for contracts, yearly contracts cannot be terminated early.
It is strongly recommended and encouraged that any workshops or events are signed up for in advance. Please know that if the event should not occur, you will be fully refunded.
If you need to cancel, please send an email to The Yoga Garden immediately: email@example.com.
Any cancellations that occur 72 hours or less of the start of the event or any no-shows will not be refunded.
